Balanced Bean & Balsamic Salad

Beans are one of the oldest food sources know, with evidence dating back to 5000 BC. They are packed with nutrients and are easy to prepare. They might make you fart, OK, but if you enjoy them then by all means fart away! You just might want to leave the room or give a heads up to anyone near you!

This is a recipe for a cold bean salad which is a dish I ate every day for lunch for three consecutive months and LOST 45 lbs. Of course, I did make a slew of other changes in my diet and included regular exercise. But beans are a great go to if you want to shed some pounds. They are heathy, tasty, full of nutrition and filling.
