This is a recipe for a cold bean salad which is a dish I ate every day for lunch for three consecutive months and LOST 45 lbs. Of course, I did make a slew of other changes in my diet and included regular exercise. But beans are a great go to if you want to shed some pounds. They are heathy, tasty, full of nutrition and filling.
Ingredients: Green Peas 250ml Red Bell Pepper 1 (chopped) Onion 1 (finely chopped) Red Kidney Beans 250ml (1 cup) Chick Peas 250 ml (1 cup) Corn (optional) 100ml (1/4 cup) Sunflower seeds 200ml (3/4 cup) Spinach 500ml
